Is it possible to change the font of the proposed design?

No problem. The designs we provide in our proposal are easily modifiable. We can change fonts very easily, or avoid certain fonts entirely if you do not feel they represent your brand accurately. Contact us with any guidance on fonts and we will make the necessary corrections!

Is it possible to change the colours of the proposed design?

That's alright! Let's discuss a colour palette that would be more pleasing for you and your brand. Our designs are easily customizable and we can make modifications at will. Contact us with any guidance or your favourite colours and we'll make it happen.

Will you be able to use the photos I took?

Absolutely. We make it our mission to try our best to be as authentic as possible and capture the heart of your vision for your brand. We strive to plug in the photos you take into sleek and memorable designs that will make your brand stand out.

Can you make content even if I don't provide photos that I've taken myself?

We can! While it is always best to use originals, we understand that it's not always easy to take photos of everything. In those instances, we will use copyright-free images with the same agreed-upon designs to ensure that we maintain consistency of the aesthetic.

What are highlights?

Highlights are Instagram stories that we choose to feature on the Instagram profile. A story is a specific post that is visible only for 24 hours. Highlights allow for easy categorisation of the story content and allow visitors to find the most important bits of info.

What if I don't have enough content for some of the highlights provided?

While in most cases we will find ways to populate the highlights (sometimes by creating new stories as well), it is also possible to omit a specific highlight and not use it entirely.

Will I see the final version before you post it?

Absolutely. We don't post anything without your consent. We understand that branding is highly important and (in some cases) personal. We invite you to have as much or as little involvement as you like. We will always deliver suggestions for posts, descriptions, and hashtags, however, we are happy to modify them to fit your requirements.

Are the proposed designs unique to my business?

They are! We may re-use some elements, however, the final design is unique to every business. We are committed to capturing the essence of your brand and a unique design is a part of that. Each design we create is unique, and coupled with brand-specific photography will ensure a distinctive and memorable presentation.
